TILA STUDIO is an exciting, independent hair and make-up salon that first opened in December 2014. We’re located in West Hampstead, Fortune Green Road, London NW6.
We provide a warm and friendly atmosphere offering bespoke services using only the best products on the market and first class customer service. We specialise in Cutting, Colouring, Balayage, Olaplex, Keratin treatment, Make-up, Wedding Packages and Hair ups that are tailored to your individual needs. We offer premium haircare products such as Goldwell, Kerasilk, KMS, Olaplex and Morrocan Oil. We support hair care brands that we consider to be the best in the business.

Deposit Policy
We request a deposit of £25 from every guest booking a colour and cut service. This deposit will be used as part payment towards your service. If you fail to show up for your appointment, we reserve the right to retain your deposit in line with our cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
We require 48 hours’ notice of cancellation for all our guests. If appointments are cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, then unfortunately, your deposit will be non-refundable. We completely understand that life’s little dramas can get in the way of scheduled appointments, and we can assure you that we will be sympathetic in certain circumstances.
Regrettably, we have had to put these measures in place due to increasing numbers of no-shows, and late cancellations, which is costing the salon hundreds of pounds in lost revenue each month.
We would like to thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
